Mendon library trustees approve new policies, review a $367,560 fiscal 2027 budget and multimillion-dollar rectory rebuild options. The board unanimously approved a solicitation policy and an employee emergency procedures document, while the library director presented a fiscal 2027 budget $21,660 above the current year, built on a 6 percent salary increase and two added Monday service hours.
