Grafton Planning Board clears solar permit and subdivision extension on unanimous 5-0 votes. The board approved a special permit and site plan for Wyman-Gordon Company's just-over-three-megawatt solar facility at 244 Worcester Street, with decommissioning terms folded into the decision's conditions after town counsel deemed a separate agreement unnecessary. Adam Hartman, of TMET, told the board "I know that the draft findings have been out there." Separately, developer Abbas Rad won an 18-month extension for the Abby Woods subdivision off Carroll Road, now about 80 percent complete, saying "one year is not enough.

Two years is too much." An application for a lot division at 2 Greany Drive was passed over for an incomplete filing, and the board flagged compliance concerns, including 17 vehicles on site, at an East Street property tied to an expired special permit.
