BOYLSTON — The Planning Board reduced the Hawks Perch subdivision bond to $62,510 and approved a French Drive lot plan. Meeting Monday, the board voted unanimously on a $74,338 reduction at 500 Main Street, based on a Graves report dated Oct. 28; a staff member estimated two to three weeks to process the check. Members also approved an ANR plan for 37 French Drive, a lot noted on the plan as not buildable because its depth is 199.4 feet against 200 required.

Applicant representative Steven Chung of Wayland said the owner must seek Zoning Board of Appeals relief. Clerk Corinna Javier signed the Mylar. With Chair Mark Johnson and Richard Baker out, a member proposed tabling the zoning amendment bylaw drafts, and the board discussed Nov. 19 or Nov. 23 for a virtual session.
