A separate $129,000 in leftover FY21 funds may supplement the application, with a remaining balance directed toward ADA upgrades at town hall.

The board also confronted the long-running Country Club Acres subdivision, where a $494,000 bond held against developer Jim Haynes is believed to expire in 2027 and Graves Engineering has identified 19 unfinished deficiency items; town planner Bruce said a formal letter would go to Haynes outlining the deficiencies and the town's intent to act. The board approved only the March 11 minutes, with all other items deferred after the planner noted the board lacked a quorum for binding votes.
