Planning Board · Meeting of November 4, 2026

CLINTON — Planning Board approved a 22-space parking plan with no rear parking. The board voted by voice to approve the plan, subject to receipt of a revised version before the next meeting. Members said the zoning enforcement officer could issue a blanket cease and desist if tenants ignore it.

Earlier, the board gave an informal review of a proposed five-unit condo project at 568 Brook Street, with Chuck Butnick presenting for owner Frank Smith. Members said a 20-foot corner-lot visibility rule could remove at least one unit, and one said "you're going to have to put your thinking cap on." The board also accepted its September and October minutes.
