AUBURN — June 1, 2026 — Auburn Board of Health declares Coachman Lane home unfit for habitation, suspends three tobacco permits. The board voted 2-1 on Monday to condemn a property at 7 Coachman Lane as unfit for human habitation, with Chairman Eric Otteson and member Carolyn Griffin in favor and member Kara Westerman dissenting, after Health Inspector Tim Pratt testified the mold was "fairly severe" and that inspectors "had headaches within being there for five minutes."
