Zoning Board · Meeting of June 22, 2026

BOLTON — The Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals voted to continue hearings on a Mill Pond Road variance and building inspector appeal to July 27. Kim Crow, representing applicant Fitzwilliam, told the board an engineer needed more time to finish a conceptual site plan, saying the team was "asking for a continuance ... so we can get everything in front of the board in a comprehensive fashion." The board voted 6-0 for the continuance and separately voted 5-0 to release $1,669.08 in leftover 53G peer-review funds tied to the closed-out Fulton Manor Craftsman Village 40B project on Sugar Road. Members also heard that four zoning bylaw changes passed at Annual Town Meeting, including shifting inclusionary-zoning jurisdiction to the Planning Board, remain under Attorney General review.

Staff reported the 229-unit Alta development is near 50 percent occupancy, with a required traffic study triggered at 80 percent.
