Southbridge clears kratom from every store shelf, rejects its own meeting minutes. Health inspector Chris told the Board of Health that all seven retailers found selling kratom complied after a September 2 compliance check, with periodic follow-up inspections planned. The board also voted unanimously to reject its draft July minutes, a verbatim transcript the town's attorney said failed to attribute votes to individual members as state law requires.
