Senior Center Previews Medicare, Caregiver Support Sessions For Week Ahead
SHREWSBURY -- The Shrewsbury Senior Center's weekly Happenings update, covering Aug. 3-7, invites residents to stop in without an appointment for help navigating Medicare as they approach 65 or for guidance managing a loved one's care plan, as the town also heads into a busy week of board meetings and summer events.
TOWN HALL
The Senior Center's latest News Flash post frames the week as an open-door stretch for anyone "turning 65 soon" or "helping a loved one with their plan," according to the town's newsflash page. The post encourages drop-ins rather than scheduled appointments, part of the center's ongoing effort to make Medicare and caregiving questions easier to sort out in person.
