Spencer Sets Saturday Deadline to Register for State Primary

Saturday, Aug. 22 is the last day for Spencer residents to register to vote in the Sept. 1 state primary election, and it also marks the start of in-person early voting in town, according to the town's official News Flash announcement.

The town has posted notice that in-person early voting for the Sept. 1 State Primary Election begins Saturday, Aug. 22, the same day that stands as the final deadline to register to vote in that election. Residents who still need to register or who want to cast an early ballot can do so at Town Hall during the posted voting window, per the town's announcement.

COMING UP

In-person early voting continues Monday, Aug. 24, ahead of the Sept. 1 State Primary Election. The town has scheduled voting equipment and ballot testing for Tuesday, Aug. 25, and the Finance Committee is set to meet that same day, Tuesday, Aug. 25.
