Millbury Planning Board backs six zoning warrant articles, overriding staff advice on a Route 146 rezoning. Director of Planning and Development Victor Panak recommended keeping Route 146 parcels zoned commercial, warning removal of the highway overlay district would strip neighbor protections, but the board voted 4-0 to favorably recommend rezoning them to residential anyway. It also voted 4-0 to recommend an unfavorable action on a water-body-protection bylaw petitioner Terry Burke Dawtson called "baloney" after town counsel flagged it as repetitive under a two-year state moratorium.

On Autumn Gates Phase II, resident Dana Tomaszewski read aloud a developer text warning "these cars need to be moved or we will pour the concrete over these cars" before the board granted a five-month extension, to August 8, 2026. Member Francis DeSimone cast the only dissenting vote, 3-1, against endorsing an Approval Not Required plan for 26 Sycamore Street.
