105 Old Common Road sold June 22 for $254,775. Sellers Elizabeth Comeau and Ronald Comeau transferred the property to Rocket Mortgage LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc.

38 Oakwood Ave. sold June 22 for $140,000. Sellers Anthony J. Chasse and Sarah E. Chasse transferred the property to Southbridge Credit Union.

The remaining seven transfers recorded during the period -- at 10 Vinal St., 25 Manor Road, 79 Central St., 5 Eddy St., 197 Pakachoag St., 157 Pakachoag St. and 5 June St. -- did not disclose a sale price.
