Westminster Baseball & Softball opens registration for the 2026 fall season, with an early-bird discount running through Aug. 1.

WESTMINSTER -- Westminster Baseball & Softball opened registration for its 2026 fall season on July 18. Families who sign up by Aug. 1 save $20 under the league's "Swing Early" discount; registration closes Aug. 15.

YOUTH LEAGUES -- The fall baseball lineup includes T-Ball, playing Saturday afternoons in Westminster, and Rookie, Minor and Major divisions, which will play Saturday games against other NCMB towns with weekday practices. The league said interest in a Babe Ruth division is still being evaluated and will depend on participation from Westminster and surrounding towns.

On the softball side, 8U Rookie and 10U Minor will play Saturday afternoons in Westminster with weekday practices. The 12U Major and 15U Senior divisions will play Sunday games in Leominster, with games slotted at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. or 3 p.m., and weekday practices held in Westminster. As with Babe Ruth, the league said a 16U+ Senior softball division remains contingent on registration interest from Westminster and neighboring towns.

The fall season is set to begin Sept. 12 and run through Nov. 1. Westminster Baseball & Softball described itself as a volunteer organization serving the town's youth and noted it is seeking sponsors. Families needing help registering or unable to pay online were directed to contact league volunteer Matt Wilder.
