Warren Planning Board weighs back lot status on Crouch Road parcel
Planning Board · Meeting of January 12, 2026
Warren Planning Board signals support for a back lot subdivision on Crouch Road pending a deed search. A presenter identified as Igor, appearing with Jim Bowden, told the board the roughly 4.8 acre parcel, bought at a town auction, meets the town's rear lot zoning bylaw but falls about two tenths of an acre short on frontage, a gap he attributed to a 1950s-era land division. "This is very common all across Massachusetts," Igor said, urging the board to support the project.
The board also approved a $2,108.43 payroll warrant across three pay periods for Administrative Assistant Laura Sherris, who said she "cross-checked everything with current Secretary of State records" for the town's annual solar project ownership mailing. The board set January 26 to open a public hearing on a gravel pit special permit.
