SHREWSBURY — Form of government panel elected a vice chair and planned its Select Board report. The Form of Government Study Committee elected Mark Adler vice chair by voice vote Monday after John Finn resigned. Members agreed to combine two charge-required progress reports into one presentation on Nov. 24, using working groups on Shrewsbury's structure and comparable towns.

They also weighed a booth at the Dec. 12 Shrewsbury 300th kickoff, where one member asked, "how are we taking their input?" Outreach to appointed boards and community groups was pushed to early 2027.
