Millbury Sewer Commission tables a $10,417.60 abatement claim, denies two others. They denied relief for a 12 Hayward Glen resident whose bill spiked after Aquarion Water Company told her to drip her faucets during a cold snap, asking, "Well, how is that our responsibility?" A $10,417.60 claim for 25-27 Riverland Street, tied to a homeowner's hospitalization, was tabled for more documentation.

Two sewer betterment fee appeals on a $7,500 assessment were denied on town counsel's advice. The commission also renewed four drain layer licenses and approved three sewer connection permits.
