Rained-out concert reschedules to Olde Home Day as Clinton High School sets fall sports dates.

CLINTON -- Clinton Parks and Recreation announced its Tuesday night Summer Concert Series lost a show to weather, and Clinton Public Schools posted meeting and start dates for the 2026 fall sports season.

TOWN -- Clinton Parks and Recreation said the July 28 installment of its Summer Concert Series at Central Park was canceled due to inclement weather, and the scheduled rain date was also rained out. The department said the band booked for that night, the Rampage Trio, will instead perform at Olde Home Day on Saturday, September 12, with a 1 to 2:30 p.m. set. The Summer Concert Series otherwise continues Tuesday nights at Central Park from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

HIGH SCHOOL -- Clinton Public Schools Athletics posted that the junior varsity and varsity parent/guardian and student-athlete meeting for Clinton High School fall sports will be held Tuesday, August 25, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the Clinton High School auditorium. Fall sports practices begin Monday, August 24 for CHS junior varsity and varsity teams, with Clinton Middle School sports beginning Tuesday, September 8.
