WARREN — The Warren Planning Board opened and immediately continued a site plan hearing for a Cemetery Road project to let the developer finish conservation review. Paquette Brothers Contracting LLC's application for 73 Cemetery Road carries a 65-day statutory deadline of May 27; the board opened the hearing May 11 and continued it to June 8 after the applicant's scheduled conservation meetings on April 23 and around May 19. In unrelated business, the board unanimously endorsed a revised subdivision plan on Brimfield Road after the applicant, identified as Fatton, said tree-cutting crews had encroached on a neighbor's land.
The board approved a $740.19 payroll for Administrative Assistant Laura Sherris and asked the building inspector to examine a hillside excavation near Southbridge and Nelson streets that one member called "a pit."
