Millbury conservation board ratifies two wetlands enforcement orders, cites "mission creep" on Davis Road. Chairman Jeffrey Raymond and Conservation Agent Flynn told property owner Chris Boria that boulder-removal work approved in May at 56 Davis Road had expanded into a full streambed reshaping with no erosion controls, and continued the matter to August 19 pending a written restoration plan. The commission unanimously ratified enforcement orders for 56 Davis Road and for backyard work along Broad Meadow Brook at 297 Millbury Avenue, reissued a certificate of compliance for 50 Dwinell Road, and continued the Lake Singletary drawdown notice of intent to August 19 pending state Fish and Wildlife guidance.

Members also approved $156.61 in Trails Committee invoices from the Conservation Trust Fund and heard Flynn's calculation that a half-pound of phosphorus from an annual Dorothy Pond bonfire could generate roughly 40,000 pounds of dry aquatic plant growth.
