Milford Planning Board unanimously approves amended site plan for vehicle display lot at 336 Main Street. The board, chaired by Marble M. Mainini III, conditionally approved the plan Tuesday after engineer John Federico of Guerrier and Helnon presented drainage revisions including a new catch basin, underground infiltration system, and internal oil-water separator; approval was conditioned on board engineer Liz confirming first-flush stormwater calculations and adding a Cape Cod berm to direct runoff.

The board capped vehicle display at four cars for sale, below the five allowed under a prior Zoning Board of Appeals special permit, and approved a fee schedule not updated since 2013. Town Planner Matthew Benoit reported that the Attorney General confirmed the town cannot compel the Massachusetts Department of Correction to submit for local site plan review for a planned Maple Street parking lot, though Benoit said he would press the agency to file voluntarily, noting that "most state agencies, trying to be good neighbors, do submit."
