Clinton's Parks and Recreation Commission and Fuller Field Commission met jointly and discussed a pending town meeting warrant article for new Fuller Field bleachers and whether the field could still host this year's Thanksgiving football game. A staff member reported summer staffing is complete with five new hires, two part time and three full time, and that a townwide yard sale is set for July 18, 2026. The board also heard an early memorial proposal for a bench and donated quarter pipe at the Savage Field skate park honoring a community member, Cam Mulaney.
Members weighed shuttle parking for Fuller Field and discussed storage sheds for youth sports equipment. "I think it will be feasible. I think it would be fun to have it here," one member said of the Thanksgiving game.
Both commissions approved prior minutes and adjourned with no other formal votes.
