Douglas Heritage Committee authorizes grant signature, schedules fall baseball game planning

The committee unanimously voted to designate its chair as the authorized signatory on a $1,000 grant — applied for by a member identified as Alyssa — which has been deposited into the committee's account and will fund upcoming expenses including commemorative coin certificates and a new committee banner.
