GRAFTON — The Community Preservation Committee voted 8-0 to move ahead with a new CPA project sign. Members approved fabrication of the sign from Sunshine Sign, paid from the administrative budget, with the price recalled as roughly $6,700 and a town discount covering most of installation. Members were unsure whether the Building Inspector, Planning Board or Zoning Board of Appeals must approve it, and one suggested spelling out the process in award letters to "create a paper trail." The committee also accepted the treasurer's report 8-0, which shows about $1,145,000 available for future grants if Town Meeting approves the warrant articles.
Members agreed to print 100 revised brochures for spring Town Meeting.
