Clinton Select Board Approves Metal Mural Fence, Traffic Changes, Opens Town Meeting Warrant

CLINTON — March 18, 2026 — Clinton Select Board approves downtown metal mural fence, hears Jabil wind-down update, and opens FY27 town meeting warrant. The board voted unanimously to proceed with a $25,000 state earmark project — secured through Representative Killcoyne — that will replace a deteriorated fence near the police station triangle with a permanent 260-foot laser-cut metal panel installation, with work set to begin in May. Downtown Development Consultant Lee Abdella said the design "is going to be a permanent fixture — it's not going to be in need of repair in a few years."
