Other Committee · Meeting of August 13, 2026
Bolton Select Board OKs new transfer station sticker fees ahead of January mandate. Operating with just two of three members after Kate's absence, the board approved a revised pricing plan through vendor City Hall Systems: $50 for a first sticker and $5 for a second for most households, $25 and $5 for seniors. The board also voted 2-0 to authorize an appraisal for easements on the $1.8 million Forbush Culvert No. 1 project, due by the end of 2027, and continued a hearing on revoking Dagnall's Liquor's license to September 10 after attorney Andrew Upton said "we are actively marketing and engaged with a potential buyer" who has "put down a deposit." The board also welcomed new Town Accountant Matt Gargano and heard from the Economic Development Committee on plans tied to The Master's Academy's 300-student expansion, ribbon-cutting September 15.
