AUBURN — July 14, 2026 — Auburn Planning Board conditionally approves a 6,600-square-foot warehouse addition and schedules a rare hybrid special meeting. The board voted unanimously Tuesday to grant site plan approval for Pabco Inc.'s expansion at 10A Street in the town's industrial park, with conditions requiring directional-shielded lighting fixtures and no light spillover exceeding 0.5 foot-candles onto abutting properties; civil engineer Nikita Shagru of Thompson Lon Associates said the project eliminates the site's connection to the town's stormwater system entirely, replacing it with subsurface infiltration chambers.
