Auburn Conservation Commission Continues Both January Hearings to February 11

AUBURN — January 28, 2026 — Auburn Conservation Commission votes to continue its only two scheduled hearings with no new business taken up. The commission, chaired by Michael Garland, unanimously continued a Walsh Engineering notice of intent for 15 Harts Gravel Road and a request for an amended order of conditions for zero Cemetery Road, both to February 11, 2026. Staff member Tom Fallon distributed new Walsh Engineering reports and Cassella Waste Management improvement plans for informational review, noting that a pending reply from a third party had not yet been received. Garland reminded members of the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions conference set for February 28 at Holy Cross College and encouraged newer members to attend.
