Winchendon Wins Fourth Straight Mass Trails Grant, Selectmen Freeze Solicitation Permits
WINCHENDON — Winchendon has been awarded a Massachusetts Trails Grant for the fourth year running, town officials announced, continuing state funding for improvements to the town's rail trail network. Separately, the Board of Selectmen has put a moratorium on new solicitation permits.
