Commissioners also adopted rate option two, raising base and volumetric charges, and declined to adjust a $3,495 bill for 130 Worcester Street despite 178,000 gallons of unexplained usage. Appeals for Stillwater Lane and Follette Street were continued to November, with letters asking the customers to attend. A staff member said the Follette Street plant is about 75 percent designed.
