Warren board hires architects to study bank building, fire station

Warren selectmen advance bank building study, clash breaks out over cost. Fire Chief Adam LaVoye said he'll apply for a federal SAFER grant to fund the town's first overnight firefighter staffing, warning call volume has nearly tripled to 1,400 a year.
