Tuesday, February 3, 8:45 a.m. — Drug Offenses: A drug offenses report was taken.
Tuesday, February 3, 12:18 p.m. — Arrest: Police responded to Target on Orchard Hill Park Drive for a shoplifting. Aidimar Rivera Rivera, 29, of Leominster, was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

Thursday, February 5, 11:56 a.m. — Arrest — Drug Trafficking: Officers arrested two individuals on Berrington Road on drug trafficking charges. Yahir Sammir Fernandez Ruiz, 22, of Fitchburg, was charged with cocaine trafficking (200 grams or more) and resisting arrest. Steven Junior Melecio, 30, of Fitchburg, was charged with cocaine trafficking (200 grams or more) and resisting arrest.
Thursday, February 5, 2:58 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud report was taken on the 98 block of Washington Street.

Sunday, February 8, 12:23 a.m. — Arrest: A shoplifting call at the CVS on Nelson Street escalated; the suspect allegedly assaulted a police officer and damaged property. Krysten Lynn Lavanway Armstrong, 31, of Maynard, was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, vandalism of property (G.L. c. 266 §126A), and shoplifting by asportation.
Sunday, February 8, 8:20 a.m. — Unattended Death: An unattended death was reported and investigated on the 247 block of Granite Street.
Sunday, February 8, 10:34 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny report was taken at Quality Towing on Lancaster Street.
Sunday, February 8, 11:24 a.m. — Larceny: A larceny report was taken at the Waterway Apartments on Water Street.
Sunday, February 8, 12:23 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud report was taken on the 8 block of Dillon Street.
Sunday, February 8, 12:42 p.m. — Arrest: Officers executed a warrant on the 80 block of Dillon Street. Adrienne Rachel Belton, 38, homeless, of Leominster, was charged with possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense) and warrant arrest.
Sunday, February 8, 2:02 p.m. — Larceny: A larceny report was taken on the 22 block of Walker Street.
Sunday, February 8, 4:09 p.m. — Shoplifting: A shoplifting report was taken at Spencer's at the Mall at Whitney Field on Commercial Road.

Monday, February 9, 6:28 p.m. — Arrest: Officers responded to Motel 6 on Commercial Road on a warrant. Stephon Dynel Jones, 38, homeless, was charged with warrant arrest, possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense), and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug (subsequent offense, G.L. c. 94C §32A(b)).
