The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Ashburnham Police Department's official public log for the period December 1–7, 2022. All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Domestic violence incidents, sexual assaults, and juvenile matters are excluded per Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 41, section 98F).


Friday, Dec. 2, 11:26 a.m.Arrest: Two people were arrested following a motor vehicle stop. Krista B. Boudreau, 24, of Winchendon, was charged with failure to stop/yield, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and a warrant arrest. Jacob Scott Wehmeyer, 25, of Gardner, was charged with a warrant arrest.

Friday, Dec. 2, 2:39 p.m.Trespassing: A trespassing complaint was reported; a report was filed.

Friday, Dec. 2, 8:18 p.m.Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency; the call was cleared.

Friday, Dec. 2, 9:22 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted; a report was filed.

Saturday, Dec. 3, 1:38 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency; the patient was transported to the hospital.

Saturday, Dec. 3, 9:39 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency; the patient was transported to the hospital.

Saturday, Dec. 3, 10:15 a.m.Fire Investigation: Officers responded to a fire investigation; the call was cleared.

Saturday, Dec. 3, 9:48 p.m.Fire Investigation: Officers responded to a fire investigation; the call was resolved.

Saturday, Dec. 3, 11:39 p.m.Welfare Check: A welfare check was conducted; a report was filed.

Sunday, Dec. 4, 7:25 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency; the patient was transported to the hospital.

Sunday, Dec. 4, 9:44 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency; the patient was transported to the hospital.

Sunday, Dec. 4, 6:54 p.m.Larceny/Fraud: A larceny, forgery, or fraud complaint was reported and resolved.

Monday, Dec. 5, 3:25 p.m.Fire Investigation: Officers responded to a fire investigation; the call was resolved.

Tuesday, Dec. 6, 6:22 a.m.Medical Emergency: Officers responded to a medical emergency; the patient was transported to the hospital.
