Friday, January 2, 12:37 a.m. — Mental Health Call: Officers responded to a mental health call on Daniels Heights.
Friday, January 2, 2:23 a.m. — Arrest: A traffic stop near Mechanic Street resulted in an arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (subsequent offense) and failure to stop or yield. Axel DeJesus Diaz, 38, of Fitchburg, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license (subsequent offense) and failure to stop/yield.
Friday, January 2, 6:20 a.m. — False Alarm: A false alarm was reported at the U.S. Post Office on the 800 block of Main Street.
Friday, January 2, 9:30 a.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was filed by a walk-in at Prichard Street.
Friday, January 2, 11:00 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at South Street and Ellis Street.
Friday, January 2, 11:19 a.m. — Unwanted Guest: Police responded to a report of an unwanted guest at Ollie's on the 300 block of John Fitch Highway; a report was filed.
Friday, January 2, 11:25 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at Water Street and Main Street.
Friday, January 2, 1:33 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported near Dollar Tree on the 1000 block of Water Street.
Friday, January 2, 1:44 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was reported at Expressway Market on the 400 block of Mechanic Street.
Friday, January 2, 3:09 p.m. — Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance at Topps Liquors on the 100 block of Water Street.

Friday, January 2, 8:49 p.m. — Arrest: An assault complaint brought police to the 90 block of Snow Street. Mickalous Artez Snowden, 29, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member.
Friday, January 2, 10:33 p.m. — Mental Health Call: Officers responded to a mental health call at Daniels Heights; a report was filed.
Friday, January 2, 10:38 p.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported on Winthrop Street; a report was filed.
Friday, January 2, 11:52 p.m. — Mental Health Call: Officers responded to a mental health call on Daniels Heights.
Saturday, January 3, 12:10 a.m. — Larceny/Theft: A theft was reported on the 30 block of Prichard Street; a report was filed.
Saturday, January 3, 1:59 a.m. — Arrest: A traffic stop on Lunenburg Street resulted in an arrest for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license (subsequent offense). Avery Richard Coleman, 28, of Orange, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license (subsequent offense).
Saturday, January 3, 2:14 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported near Northeast Airgas on the 500 block of Crawford Street; a report was filed.
Saturday, January 3, 3:01 a.m. — Arrest: A 911 drunk-driving call led officers to the 70 block of Summer Street, where a crash had occurred. Cindy Quinones-Belle, 32, of Leominster, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (OUI) or .08% blood alcohol content and marked lanes violation.
Saturday, January 3, 5:42 a.m. — Assault: Police responded to an assault complaint on the 100 block of Highland Avenue.
Saturday, January 3, 8:12 a.m. — Arrest: Officers on patrol on Ashburnham Street arrested a man on an outstanding warrant. Benjamin Kenneth Michaud, 48, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town probation warrant (Docket 2563CR000896).
Saturday, January 3, 8:18 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported at Clarendon Street and Pratt Road; a report was filed.
Saturday, January 3, 11:34 a.m. — Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 12 block of Granite Street.
Saturday, January 3, 12:07 p.m. — Arrest: Police were called to Market Basket on the 90 block of Water Street for a trespassing complaint. Santiago Torres, 58, of Fitchburg, was charged with trespassing.
Saturday, January 3, 12:43 p.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported on Walnut Street; a report was filed.
Saturday, January 3, 1:45 p.m. — Arrest: A 911 call reporting an aggravated assault brought police to the 11 block of Omena Place. Joshua Luis Cirino-Saldana, 32, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering for a misdemeanor.
Saturday, January 3, 1:49 p.m. — Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance on the 25 block of Federal Street.
Saturday, January 3, 9:07 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A crash was reported near St. Anthony's Church on the 80 block of Salem Street; a report was filed.
Saturday, January 3, 9:53 p.m. — Trespassing: Police responded to a trespassing complaint at Majors Cafe on the 100 block of Lunenburg Street; a report was filed.
Saturday, January 3, 11:08 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on the 100 block of Myrtle Avenue; a report was filed.
Sunday, January 4, 9:53 a.m. — Arrest: Officers on patrol at Dunkin' Donuts on the 100 block of Main Street took a man into custody on multiple outstanding warrants. Antoinne M. York, 33, of Fitchburg, was charged with one in-town warrant (Docket 2416CR001143) and two out-of-town warrants (Dockets 2542CR000464 and 2561CR001085).

Monday, January 5, 10:00 a.m. — Arrest: A 911 call reporting an aggravated assault brought police to the 90 block of Hazel Street. Julio Alberto Lopez Canahui, 41, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
