The following is a compilation of incidents and arrests recorded in the Fitchburg Police Department's official public log for the period June 5–11, 2026. Friday, June 5, 12:32 a.m. — Arrest: Officers stopped a suspicious vehicle on Shattuck Street. Andrew Joseph Doucette, 29, of Fitchburg, was charged with possession of ammunition without a Firearm Identification card and carrying a dangerous weapon. Dillon Jason Courtemanche, 28, of Fitchburg, was charged with possession of a firearm without a Firearm Identification card, possession of a large-capacity firearm, possession of ammunition without a Firearm Identification card, and carrying a firearm in a motor vehicle without a license.
Friday, June 5, 2:35 a.m. — Runaway: A runaway was reported on the 100 block of Mt. Vernon Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 8:59 a.m. — Breaking and Entering: A breaking and entering was reported at a storage facility on the 300 block of River Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 11:43 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at Castle Road and Westminster Hill Road.
Friday, June 5, 11:48 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident with a preliminary report was filed at the Market Basket parking lot on the 90 block of Water Street.
Friday, June 5, 12:28 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported at the YMCA on the 55 block of Wallace Avenue; a preliminary report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 3:00 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on Westminster Street near the 85 block.
Friday, June 5, 1:29 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on the 29 block of Townsend Street. Emanuel Torres Morales, 37, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member (subsequent offense), breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony with a person in fear, kidnapping, and strangulation or suffocation.
Friday, June 5, 4:22 p.m. — Animal Complaint: A report of an animal victim/abandoned/abused was filed on the 43 block of Willow Street.
Friday, June 5, 4:11 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was filed on the 9 block of Lynn Street.
Friday, June 5, 4:12 p.m. — Fraud: A fraud complaint was filed on the 77 block of Congress Street.
Friday, June 5, 4:15 p.m. — Injured Animal: An injured animal was reported on the 16 block of Page Avenue.
Friday, June 5, 4:41 p.m. — Stolen Property: A stolen property report was filed on the 35 block of Day Street.
Friday, June 5, 5:07 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on Circle Street; a report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 5:51 p.m. — Vandalism: A malicious mischief/vandalism complaint was filed on the 61 block of Green Street.
Friday, June 5, 7:14 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person was reported on the 25 block of Market Street.
Friday, June 5, 8:42 p.m. — Threats: A threats complaint was filed on the 179 block of Bel Air Drive; a preliminary report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 9:11 p.m. — Stolen Property: A stolen property report was filed at a variety store on the 938 block of Water Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 9:25 p.m. — Found Property: Found property was reported on the 131 block of Meadowbrook Lane; a report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 11:50 p.m. — Breaking and Entering: A breaking and entering was reported on the 131 block of Simonds Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Friday, June 5, 11:56 p.m. — Drunkenness: A drunkenness complaint was reported on the 33 block of North Street.
Saturday, June 6, 2:26 a.m. — Arrest: Officers on patrol at Riverfront Park on Boulder Drive stopped a subject on an outstanding warrant. Yahir Martinez, 22, of Fitchburg, was charged with two in-town warrants.
Saturday, June 6, 2:40 a.m. — Arrest: A motor vehicle accident was reported on the 1268 block of Water Street. Jeremi Anthony Carrasco Cruz, 28, of Fitchburg, was charged with Operating Under the Influence of Liquor (or .08%), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, and speeding in violation of a special regulation.
Saturday, June 6, 2:55 a.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported on the 19 block of Granite Street. James Rodriguez III, 34, of Fitchburg, was charged with disturbing the peace.
Saturday, June 6, 4:03 a.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported at 19 Granite Street. Richard David Toro, 24, of Fitchburg, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked license.
Saturday, June 6, 5:34 a.m. — Suspicious Situation: A suspicious situation was reported at the McDonald's on the 334 block of John Fitch Highway; a preliminary report was filed.
Saturday, June 6, 9:26 a.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance was reported on Lincoln Street at Pearl Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Saturday, June 6, 10:43 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Fire: A motor vehicle fire was reported on the 28 block of Carriage Way Drive.
Saturday, June 6, 11:33 a.m. — Harassment: A harassment complaint with a preliminary report was filed on the 211 block of Richardson Road.
Saturday, June 6, 11:45 a.m. — Suspicious Auto/Truck: A suspicious vehicle was reported on Normandy Road; a preliminary report was filed.
Saturday, June 6, 11:56 a.m. — Arrest: Officers located a subject on an outstanding warrant on the 310 block of Main Street. Brian A. Cecchini, 46, of Fitchburg, was charged with an in-town warrant (Docket No. 2416CR001105).
Saturday, June 6, 12:27 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on the 249 block of Kimball Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Saturday, June 6, 2:28 p.m. — Missing Person: A missing person report was filed on the 488 block of John Fitch Highway.

Saturday, June 6, 5:52 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported at the Great Wolf Lodge on the 150 block of Great Wolf Drive. Christine Butler, 49, of Quincy, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.
Saturday, June 6, 8:32 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported on Pearl Street at Snow Street.
Saturday, June 6, 8:39 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Accident: A motor vehicle accident was reported near Green Street Park on the 1 block of Green Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Saturday, June 6, 9:18 p.m. — Disturbance: A disturbance with a preliminary report was filed on the 218 block of Clarendon Street.
Saturday, June 6, 10:13 p.m. — Suspicious Person: A suspicious person was reported at Majors Cafe on the 149 block of Lunenburg Street; a preliminary report was filed.

Sunday, June 7, 4:08 a.m. — Arrest: Officers assisted another agency with an arrest at the 45 block of Dumais Street. Alejandro Miguel Ceballo, 39, of Fitchburg, was charged under a warrantless arrest for another agency.
Sunday, June 7, 4:38 a.m. — Medical Emergency: A medical emergency call was responded to on the 2 block of Arden Mills Way; a preliminary report was filed.

Sunday, June 7, 9:29 p.m. — Dog Bite: An animal bite was reported on the 22 block of Norwood Street; a preliminary report was filed.
Sunday, June 7, 9:39 p.m. — Arrest: A disturbance was reported at a restaurant on the 423 block of Main Street. Santiago Torres, 59, homeless, of Fitchburg, was charged with presence in a place where an open container of alcohol is present (FGO Open Container).
