Laura Caldaras, 34, of Woodbridge, Va., was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and false creation or use of a sales receipt. Creta Mihal, 35, of Woodbridge, Va., was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise and false creation or use of a sales receipt.
