Odette M. Bosse, 91, of Athol, died June 29, 2026. She was predeceased by her husband Yvon L. Bosse and her children Diane B. Bosse and Herve J. Bosse. She is survived by her daughters Martha M. McDonald of Gardner, Lorraine J. Roy of Gardner, and Norma A. Bruinsma of Templeton, along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, July 7th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Higher Ground Ministries, 186 Central St, Gardner, MA 01440, followed by a funeral service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location; a graveside service will follow at 11:45 AM at Notre Dame Cemetery, West Street. Memorial contributions may be made to the Quabbin Valley Healthcare Activities Fund, 821 Daniel Shays Highway, Athol, MA 01331, or to the Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Activities Fund, 59 Eastwood Circle, Gardner, MA 01440, per the family's wishes. Barbara A. (Mallet) Rushford, 86, of Athol, died July 2, 2026. She was predeceased by her parents Phillip Mallet and Helen Mallet (Arsenault) and her spouse Rayburn E. Rushford. She is survived by her children Craig Rushford of Methuen, Raquel "Kelly" Gauvin of Athol, and Laryssa "Lolly" Robideau of Rochdale; her grandchildren Maria Robideau-Quaglia of Spencer, Sydney Gauvin of Athol, and Boden Robideau of Rochdale; her brother Dennis Mallet of Pittsfield; and her niece Nicole Adolphson of Pittsfield. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Witty's Funeral Home, 158 S Main St, Orange, MA 01364, followed by a graveside service at 11:30 AM at Silver Lake Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Athol High Scholarship Fund, c/o Athol High School, 2363 Main Street, Athol, MA 01331, per the family's wishes.
