Leominster to Cut Ribbon on New Downtown Starbucks Thursday

DATELINE — LEOMINSTER

City Hall will host a ribbon-cutting Thursday, July 23, for a new Starbucks location in the downtown business district, according to the city's public events calendar. The announcement lands alongside fresh city guidance for residents considering a home-based business and an update on the ongoing Monoosnoc Brook Stabilization Project.

TOWN HALL

The city's event calendar lists a ribbon-cutting for a new downtown Starbucks on Thursday, July 23, the latest addition to a business district that reopened its public parking garage earlier this month. City Hall did not post additional details on the location or timing beyond the calendar listing.

Separately, Mayor Dean Mazzarella's administration posted a new Home Business FAQ sheet outlining the zoning and permitting parameters residents must follow to legally operate a business out of their home. The city also shared an update on the Monoosnoc Brook Stabilization Project, pointing residents to information on the project's various components, and posted a short FAQ sheet on its Flamingo Express program, though the posting did not elaborate on further specifics.
