Fitchburg Extends Landfill Sticker Deadline to Sept. 30

Separately, the city posted formal notice of "the Declaration of the Organization of the Fitchburg Tourism Destination Marketing District," establishing a new entity aimed at promoting tourism in the city. Additional details on the district's funding, governance or planned activities were not included in the notice itself.

The city also posted a Spanish-language alert, "Cambios en el Lugar de Votación", notice of a change in voting location, directing residents to a linked page for details on which precinct or address is affected.
