Athol Public Library closes for Independence Day through Monday, July 6

**Saturday, July 4** — The Athol Public Library is closed today in observance of Independence Day. The closure extends through Monday, July 6, when the building will remain shut as the official holiday observance. Regular hours resume Tuesday, July 8.

**Tuesday, July 7** — Coming up: the library hosts "Can You Spot the AI?", an interactive program running from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at 568 Main Street. Registration details are available at athollibrary.org.

**Tuesday, July 7 through Friday, July 31** — Also starting next week: the library launches its Cosplay Ducks! submission window. Participants can submit their decorated ducks beginning Tuesday, July 7 through noon on Friday, July 31.

**Tuesday, July 8, 5:30 p.m.** — The library presents "America is Wild!", an evening program scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Details and registration are available on the library's website.

**Tuesday, July 22 and Wednesday, July 23** — The library will offer multiple sessions of its Escape Room event, "Escape From the Terrible Thicket." Registration is required; session times and sign-up are available at athollibrary.org.
