Athol Public Library Announces New Hours and Summer Event Lineup

The Athol Public Library is kicking off a busy stretch of summer programming and announcing new operating hours set to take effect Tuesday, July 1.

COMMUNITY & ARTS

Starting July 1, the Athol Public Library will move to a new schedule — residents should check the library's website or call (978) 249-9515 to confirm the updated hours before their next visit. The change arrives just as a run of summer events gets underway.

The first opportunity comes tomorrow: **Stickerpalooza** drops in on Tuesday, June 30, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. — a hands-on crafting event at 568 Main Street. On Thursday, July 2, the library hosts **Retro Board Games** from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m., a low-key afternoon for players of all ages.

The following week fills out quickly. **America is Wild!** is scheduled for Tuesday, July 8 at 5:30 p.m. Then on Thursday, July 9, two programs run: the **Graphic Novel Club** meets at 4:00 p.m. to discuss *Stepping Stones*, and the **Anime 5E Teen RPG** series launches — registration is required for that one.
