Athol Library Sets Teen Jeopardy Contest for Monday

ATHOL — The Athol Public Library has posted a run of dated summer programs for teens and families, headlined by a Teen Jeopardy contest set for Monday, the most immediate item on the library's July calendar.

The Athol Public Library is running a slate of summer programs at its 568 Main Street branch. Teen Jeopardy is scheduled for Monday, July 20, at 3:30 p.m. The library's "Cosplay Ducks" contest is accepting submissions now through Friday, July 31, at noon. Later in the season, the library has an escape room program, "Escape From the Terrible Thicket," running July 22 and 23 across multiple sessions with registration required; a beaded-bracelets craft session Thursday, July 30, from 3:30 to 5 p.m.; a beeswax-wraps workshop Thursday, August 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.; and a Graphic Novel Club session on the title "Amulet" for ages 8 to 13 on Thursday, August 13, from 4 to 5 p.m. The library is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
